Privacy notice

This notice describes the Roam LV website operated by Patrick Cornett. Updated October 8, 2026.

Trip planning and contact

Your trip selections stay in the current browser page. If you send the prepared trip email, your name, email address, dates, group size and notes are sent through your email service to contact@patrickcornett.com. Clicking the button only opens a draft; you decide whether to send it.

Host and provider links

Text buttons open your device’s messaging app. Booking links take you to a host or travel provider. Information you submit there is handled under that service’s privacy notice. Providers may use cookies and tracking links, including affiliate attribution.

Browsing and owner access

You can browse hosts and booking links without signing in. Owner reports and calendar editing require the authorized owner’s ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting and authentication services process technical data needed to serve and secure the site. Earlier private test records remain associated with their signed-in account; they are not host bookings.

Booking click measurement

Roam LV records booking-link and text-button clicks to understand which options visitors use. Records contain a random click ID, provider or host identifier, action, page category and timestamp. We do not store your name, email, phone number, IP address, message contents or trip dates in these click records. They are retained for up to 90 days and excluded from customer totals during private testing. A click does not prove a completed booking or commission.

Your requests

For questions or requests to remove information you submitted to Roam LV, email contact@patrickcornett.com. Do not send payment-card details or identification documents. For information you submitted to a booking partner, contact that partner directly.
